Participant Agreement
By purchasing a ticket and attending Jody Reid Live, you acknowledge and voluntarily agree to the following terms and conditions, as well as the general policies published on Jody Reid’s website.
1. Nature of the Event & Participant Responsibility
You understand this event is a creative, therapeutic group experience focused on goal-setting, intention, and community connection. It includes guided activities, a provided lunch, and an inspirational group reading. You are responsible for your own participation, comfort, and well-being throughout the event.
2. Emotional & Personal Well-Being
You acknowledge that reflective or creative activities and spiritual messages may bring up personal emotions or thoughts. You are solely responsible for your own mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being during and after the event. If you are currently in crisis or under significant psychological distress, you are advised to seek support from a licensed professional.
3. Group Reading & Mediumship Disclaimer
The event includes an open group reading facilitated by Jody Reid. You understand and agree that:

Mediumship is interpretive and subjective.

Participation in or receipt of a message during the group reading is not guaranteed for every attendee.

This experience is for personal reflection and inspiration and is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
4. Liability Release
You hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless Jody Reid (Psychic Medium), event staff, and the venue (Jester’s Court) from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages—whether emotional, physical, or otherwise—that may arise directly or indirectly from your participation in this event, including any actions or decisions you make based on content shared.
5. Photography, Audio, & Video Release
You acknowledge and agree that the event may be photographed, videotaped, or otherwise recorded for promotional purposes (e.g., social media, website, future marketing).

By purchasing a ticket and attending, you grant Jody Reid irrevocable permission to use your likeness, image, and voice in such promotional materials.

You waive any right to inspect, approve, or be compensated for this use.

If you do not wish to be included in promotional footage, you must inform the event facilitator in writing via email prior to the event date and may be seated in a designated area.
6. Venue & Conduct
You agree to respect the venue, fellow participants, and the facilitator. The event includes a provided lunch; please notify the organizer of any severe allergies at the time of ticket purchase. Alcoholic beverages may be available for separate purchase at the venue; you are responsible for your own consumption and behavior.
7. Refund & Cancellation Policy
All ticket sales are final. No refunds or credits will be issued for attendee cancellations or no-shows, except as expressly stated in the general policies on www.JodyReidMedium.ca. In the unlikely event of cancellation by the facilitator, a full refund will be issued.
8. Website Policies
Your participation signifies that you have read, understood, and agree to the general policies posted on www.JodyReidMedium.ca, which include but are not limited to privacy practices, professional boundaries, and full liability terms.

By purchasing a ticket for and attending Jody Reid Live on March 6, 2026, you confirm that:
