Client Waiver for Psychic Medium Development Course I acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this waiver agreement (“Agreement”) in connection with my participation in the Psychic Medium Development Course offered by your organization.

1. Assumption of Risk: I understand that the Psychic Medium Development Course involves the development and practice of psychic abilities, mediumship, and spiritual communication. I acknowledge that participating in such activities carries inherent risks, including but not limited to emotional and psychological effects. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in the course.

2. Personal Responsibility: I acknowledge that my progress and development as a psychic medium depends on my personal commitment, effort, and dedication. I understand that the course provider does not guarantee any specific results or outcomes.

3. Non-Guarantee of Accuracy: I understand and acknowledge that psychic abilities and mediumship are subjective experiences and that any information or messages received during the course may be subject to interpretation. I agree that the course provider and its instructors are not responsible for the accuracy, truthfulness, or validity of any information or messages received during the course.

4. Confidentiality: I agree to maintain the confidentiality of any personal or sensitive information shared by other course participants or clients during the course. I understand that respecting privacy and confidentiality is essential to creating a safe and supportive learning environment.

5. Release of Liability: In consideration of being allowed to participate in the Psychic Medium Development Course, I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless the course provider, its instructors, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from my participation in the course, including but not limited to personal injury, emotional distress, or property damage.

6. Medical and Psychological Disclaimer: I understand and acknowledge that the Psychic Medium Development Course is not a substitute for professional medical or psychological advice, diagnosis, or treatment. I agree to seek appropriate professional help if needed and understand that the course provider and its instructors are not responsible for any medical or psychological conditions that may arise during or after the course.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Ontario,Canada]. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Ontario,Canada].

8. Recording of sessions – Participants acknowledge that each session will be recorded. – Participants may be involved in some or all recordings that will be available for purchase later on. – Participants waive any and all rights to the recorded material. – Participants understand that they will not be compensated for their involvement in the recordings. – By participating, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
